Overview:

The Junior Master Gardener program is an international youth gardening program of the university cooperative Extension network. JMG engages children in novel, “hands-on” group and individual learning experiences that provide a love of gardening and develop an appreciation for the environment.

For years, JMG and I have worked together to create animated characters and a wide variety print and online materials. The Teacher & Leader Guide is a binder full of horticultural project outlines and classroom activities designed for grade school students. JMG asked for a cover that used a collection of the characters and art from recent projects in a colorful, modern way.
